This is a great opportunity for a professional and experienced Client Services Executive to join a dynamic Customer Service team on a full time basis. As the Client Services Executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining existing and prospective customer relationships. The role is based in our Old Street office.

We're looking for an experienced Analytics Account Manager to join our renowned PR Measurement team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work on an enviable client list with a wide range of global household names. The Analytics Account Managers hold overall responsibility for implementation of an agreed PR Measurement and media analysis programme on behalf of the clients to which they are assigned. Suitable candidates must have worked in a client facing role within the PR measurement or related industries and have demonstrable experience managing high profile accounts.

The Gorkana Group has an exciting career opportunity for a Head Analyst to join our existing analysis team.

As a Head/Data Analyst you will have the opportunity to work on global projects for our household name clients. Head Analysts are responsible for the analysis side of the PR Measurement programme on behalf of the clients to which they are assigned.

The role includes ensuring that agreed analysis activities are carried out, our high quality standards are maintained, deliverables of analysis are fulfilled, deadlines are met and the analysis information is successful in meeting the aims of the client.

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for the analysis of all forms of media data to generate value-adding insights for a portfolio of clients who want to understand the effectiveness of their communications strategies. You will generate ongoing high-quality, professional reporting to successfully communicate media insights to assigned clients.

The Account Executive is further responsible for drawing insights, trends and conclusions from the data provided by the Head Analysts. You will work alongside Head Analysts to agree the specifications for analysis that will provide accurate, timely evaluation data for reporting. You are responsible for designing and implementing an appropriate database relevant to each client’s brief. The database will be populated by Freelance Analysts under the supervision of the Head Analysts but the output will form the basis for your analytical work.

Marketing Intern

Our media analysts evaluate and extract information from our clients' media coverage. The analysis involves identifying favourability, key messages, products and issues within coverage, recording the information onto an online system.

Key requirements for the job: 1. Be able to come into our central London office for training. 2. Have a keen eye for details and a meticulous approach to work. 3. As a Business Analyst you will be involved with several large scale projects. This is a vital role within the organisation and you will act as the lynchpin between the business and the development teams. You will be responsible for understanding key applications and developing their efficiency and benefits they bring to the business. This role is a full time position working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 17:30pm.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess strong analysis skills to a recognised method, strong experience of AGILE/SCRUM plus data analysis skills including creating SQL queries.

You will have 5yrs + of IT development life cycle including project management principles.
